Statistical Analyzer
StatAnalyzer's goal is to produce output about each test run in a format that MiniTab 13 will readily accept. We also want StatAnalyzer to store the difference from best, rather than the actual number.
StatAnalyzer's output format looks generally like so:
Heuristic, SpecificInformation, Benchmark, Rank, Trucks worse than best, Distance worse than bestSpecificInformation is information that distinguishs the various breeds of GR from each other.
